Yes, if it includes a map or tracking mode independent of turn-by-turn guidance. MotoLert is designed to display your position, speed, and nearby alerts immediately upon opening, without requiring a destination.
Does GPS speed replace the motorcycle’s speedometer?
No. GPS speed is supplementary information dependent on signal quality and phone performance. The onboard speedometer, road signs, and real-world traffic conditions remain paramount.
Can I interact with the app while riding?
No. Prepare your display and settings before departure. If intervention is needed, pull over in a safe and legal location.
