Pas de Peyrol and the Cantal mountains

In the heart of the largest volcano in Europe, this road links Murat to Salers across the Cantal summer pastures. It crosses the Col de Serre then the Pas de Peyrol, at the foot of the Puy Mary, the highest road pass in the Massif Central, before the Col de Néronne. Cows on the road and possible fog: stay alert.
