The Droga Stu Zakrętów crosses Table Mountains National Park, in Lower Silesia. From Kudowa-Zdrój, it winds through forest to Karłów, at the foot of Szczeliniec Wielki, then drops down to Radków; the route then reaches the Wambierzyce shrine and the spa town of Polanica-Zdrój.
